1. Overview

ArenaArchive respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. Users may not upload, list, display, sell, or otherwise use content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights.

2. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on ArenaArchive infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated copyright contact.

3. DMCA Notice Requirements

Your notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it, such as the listing URL;
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

5. Action After Receiving a Notice

Upon receiving a substantially complete copyright notice, ArenaArchive may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, notify the user who posted it, preserve relevant records, and take additional action where appropriate.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A counter-notification should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

ArenaArchive may terminate or restrict accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit infringing, counterfeit, unauthorized, or unlawful content. ArenaArchive may also remove listings, block uploads, withhold payouts, or take other enforcement action where appropriate.

8. Misrepresentations

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability. You should consult legal counsel before submitting a notice or counter-notice if you are unsure.

9. Trademark and Counterfeit Complaints

This DMCA Policy primarily addresses copyright claims. Trademark, counterfeit, and brand misuse concerns may also be reported to dmca@arenaarchive.com or support@arenaarchive.com. ArenaArchive may remove or restrict content that appears to violate trademark, counterfeit, or brand protection rules.

10. Changes to This Policy

ArenaArchive may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Updated versions are effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
