Set Up Stripe to Get Paid

To receive payouts on ArenaArchive, you must connect and complete your Stripe account setup. This is required for all sellers.

Step 1: Start Stripe Setup

Go to your dashboard and click "Connect Stripe". You will be securely redirected to Stripe to complete onboarding.

Step 2: Enter Your Information Carefully

Please make sure ALL information is accurate and complete:

• Legal name (must match bank records)
• Valid email address
• Phone number
• Full address (no abbreviations or errors)
• Business details (if applicable)

⚠️ Incorrect or incomplete information may delay verification or payouts.

Step 3: Accept Stripe Terms

You must review and accept Stripe’s Terms of Service to activate your account. Without accepting, payouts cannot be enabled.

Step 4: Add Your Payout Account

To receive money from sales, you must add an external account:

• Bank account (recommended)
• Debit card (if supported)

⚠️ If you do NOT add a payout account, you will not receive funds from completed sales.

Step 5: Verification & Approval

Stripe may require identity verification. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to 24 hours.

Step 6: Return to ArenaArchive

After completing Stripe setup, you will be redirected back to ArenaArchive.

⏱ Important: It can take up to 5 minutes for Stripe to fully update your account status.

If your account still shows as incomplete:

• Wait a few minutes
• Hard refresh the page (Ctrl + Shift + R or Cmd + Shift + R)
• Or log out and log back in

⏳ Pending Purchases

If you are in the middle of a purchase or sale while setting up Stripe, don’t worry — your transaction is protected.

ArenaArchive will hold your pending purchase for up to 30 minutes to give you time to complete Stripe setup.

• Your item will not be lost during this time
• You can safely complete setup and return to finish your transaction

If the setup is not completed within this window, the item may become available to other buyers again.

✅ Once Complete

After approval, you can sell items and receive payouts automatically after:

• Buyer confirms delivery
• OR 72 hours after delivery confirmation

💡 Important Notes

• You ONLY need Stripe if you plan to sell items
• Buyers do NOT need to complete Stripe onboarding
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
