Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how ArenaArchive handles transaction issues, buyer protection claims, return eligibility, and fund release timing for marketplace purchases.

Effective Date: April 20, 2026

1. Marketplace Transactions

ArenaArchive is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. ArenaArchive is not the seller of listed items and does not take ownership of seller inventory. Return eligibility may depend on the specific transaction, the listing description, delivery status, user conduct, and whether the issue qualifies under ArenaArchive buyer protection policies.

Payments may be held temporarily by ArenaArchive or its payment partners and released according to the delivery confirmation, buyer confirmation, 72-hour review window, dispute status, and the Terms of Service.

2. Payment Holding and Release Timing

Funds are not immediately released to the seller after checkout. Unless a dispute, suspected fraud, or policy issue requires additional review, funds may be released to the seller when one of the following occurs:

If a buyer submits an eligible dispute within the 72-hour review window, ArenaArchive may delay fund release while reviewing the transaction.

3. Non-Return Situations

Not all purchases are automatically returnable. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, the following generally may not qualify for a return or refund:

4. Possible Return or Protection Scenarios

A buyer may be eligible for buyer protection review if they report a qualifying issue within the required timeframe. Examples may include:

Buyer protection is subject to eligibility, available evidence, platform policies, and ArenaArchive review. It does not guarantee a refund in every situation.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

6. Seller Responsibilities

7. Return Review Process

If a buyer reports a qualifying issue, ArenaArchive may investigate the transaction and determine whether a refund, return shipment, partial credit, fund hold, or other resolution is appropriate. ArenaArchive may request evidence from one or both parties, including photos, tracking data, listing screenshots, communication records, payment records, and packaging information.

ArenaArchive may make the final decision on platform-administered protection outcomes based on available evidence and applicable marketplace policies.

8. Possible Outcomes

Depending on the facts of the transaction, ArenaArchive may choose one or more of the following outcomes:

9. Shipping and Return Costs

Return shipping responsibility may depend on the reason for the return, the facts of the dispute, the evidence provided, and platform policy at the time of review. In some cases, a buyer may be responsible for return shipping. In other cases, ArenaArchive may require the seller to cover or reimburse return shipping if the item was materially misrepresented.

10. Final Sale Situations

Certain listings or transaction categories may be treated as final sale except where required by law or where ArenaArchive buyer protection rules apply. A transaction may also be considered final if no eligible dispute is submitted within 72 hours after confirmed delivery.

11. Abuse of Returns or Buyer Protection

ArenaArchive may deny claims, restrict accounts, delay fund release, or take other action if it detects abuse of returns, false claims, chargeback abuse, evidence manipulation, harassment, or attempts to misuse buyer protection.

12. Policy Updates

ArenaArchive may revise this Return Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use of ArenaArchive after an update means you accept the updated policy.
