When Funds Are Held
- Buyer payment is processed at checkout through ArenaArchive or its payment partners.
- Funds are not immediately released to the seller after checkout.
- Funds may be held while the order is being shipped, delivered, and reviewed.
- ArenaArchive may delay release if fraud, a dispute, or a policy issue is suspected.
When Funds Are Released
- Funds may be released when the buyer confirms receipt of the item.
- Funds may also be released 72 hours after confirmed delivery if no dispute is filed.
- Confirmed delivery may be based on carrier tracking, delivery confirmation, or platform records.
- If a dispute is opened, funds may remain held while ArenaArchive reviews the issue.

Buyer Protection Is Not a Blanket Guarantee

- ArenaArchive does not own or inspect every listed item.

- ArenaArchive may make final platform decisions based on available evidence and applicable policies.
